Role & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Proactively identify and cultivate leads through telecalling, referrals, field visits, and digital platforms.
- Establish and nurture a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Client Engagement & Sales Pitching
- Initiate contact with potential customers via phone calls and face-to-face meetings to showcase our products and services.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations both remotely and on-site.
- Address client inquiries promptly and follow up diligently to convert prospects into loyal customers.
Field Visits & Territory Management
- Conduct regular field visits to engage with clients, gain insights into their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned territories and target demographics.
Sales Target Achievement
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and take proactive measures to achieve KPIs.
Relationship Management
- Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Deliver exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, meetings, leads, and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and client feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to facilitate smooth deal closures.
Market Intelligence
- Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide valuable feedback and insights to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.
