We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to lead and inspire a team of Business Development Representatives. Your primary objective will be to ensure your team drives growth for Acquia products through both new and existing accounts while coaching representatives to optimize lead qualification and conversion rates. These objectives are critical for scaling our sales organization and providing a robust pipeline to our Sales teams. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Strong business acumen will be essential in this role, as you will be involved in business forecasting and stakeholder communications.
The Business Development Manager will play a vital role in advancing our company’s success by driving revenue growth and will report directly to the Director of Global Business Development.
