Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients in target markets to understand their business and technical needs.
- Qualify and quantify new business opportunities.
- Guide opportunities from lead generation through to successful closure.
- Ensure client success and satisfaction at all stages.
- Draft and implement effective business plans.
- Understand clients' business and technical requirements thoroughly.
- Become a subject matter expert on our products, processes, and operations while staying updated on industry developments.
- Utilize TransPerfect’s CRM system to track business opportunities.
- Coordinate with production and technology teams across varying time zones and cultures.
- Generate and manage profitable high-value business deals.
- Monitor, track, and manage KPIs while providing internal and client-facing status reports.
- Participate in trade shows and support marketing initiatives by contributing to case studies and social media efforts.
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts and daily reports on progress.
- Assist in building overall plans and budgets, ensuring adherence to financial health of client engagements.
- Manage stakeholder communications regarding owned businesses and accounts.
- Support the training and adoption of technologies and services for both internal and client teams.
