Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow strategic accounts in Peru, with a focus on mining and other specialized industries.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to enhance the company's market presence.
Position our client as a premier provider of communication solutions for critical environments.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and market entry plan for the Peruvian market.
Establish robust relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the mining sector.
Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Identify high-margin solutions and strategic initiatives for growth.
Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate site visits, pilot projects, and technical validations.
Create and deliver tailored sales proposals that align with client requirements.
Maintain continuous communication with clients and manage follow-ups for successful deal closures.
Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and pricing trends.
Build and nurture a network of strategic partners and industry contacts.
Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report results to the Sales Management team.
