Join ProgressSoft as a Business Development Manager (BDM) and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 5-10 years of experience in the sales of banking and payment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with prestigious banks across English-speaking African countries. As a BDM, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial cold calls to contract signing and ongoing client maintenance. Your role will also involve conducting market analysis and fostering relationships with key management personnel in the banking and financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surpass sales targets set by ProgressSoft.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to the Moroccan market aligning with ProgressSoft's 2022-2026 business objectives.
- Oversee the complete sales process, collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Technical Team Leaders.
- Engage with customers to fully understand their needs and ensure satisfaction through effective teamwork.
- Work alongside the Bidding Team to produce comprehensive documents and proposals that outline business requirements and ProgressSoft's capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts for solutions and ongoing maintenance services.
- Utilize ProgressSoft’s CRM extensively to manage and update client profiles.
- Conduct competitive analysis to highlight ProgressSoft’s advantages over competing products.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities.
- Establish robust distribution channels with recognized local, regional, and global firms.
