- The Business Development Team plays a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, both within and beyond the securities industry.
- Our mission is to transform Toss Securities from being merely a 'better brokerage' into a 'global financial tech platform' by strategically designing and executing initiatives.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Analyzing business opportunities arising from regulatory changes, such as the Digital Asset Basic Law, and developing entry strategies.
- Creating and managing strategic partnerships with domestic virtual asset license holders (exchanges, custodians, etc.) and related institutions.
- Establishing and maintaining a network with key global players in tokenized assets and infrastructure, and executing partnership roadmaps.
- Collaborating proactively with various departments to convert innovative business ideas into actionable projects.
We Are Looking For Individuals Who:
- Have over 3 years of experience in business development or strategic planning within the crypto and blockchain industries.
- Possess end-to-end experience from deal sourcing to negotiation, contract signing, and actual operations.
- Can communicate effectively in English for business purposes.
- Have a deep understanding of the overall crypto business landscape.
- Are familiar with the business models of major global crypto players.
- Understand various regulations related to digital assets, particularly ongoing initiatives in South Korea (e.g., STO distribution).
- Have experience in collaborating with traditional financial institutions on projects related to virtual assets.
