About The Role
The Sadie Hotel division is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in a pivotal regional market. This dynamic, front-line sales position focuses on attracting independent hotels and regional hotel chains.
As one of Sadie’s early team members in your market, you will have ownership over your territory and direct access to senior leadership. This role is perfect for an individual with experience in selling hospitality SaaS products who is eager to take the lead in scaling a new, high-return-on-investment product category.

What You'll Do
Own and Expand Your Assigned Market
- Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for your territory, with a focus on independent hotels and regional groups.
- Identify high-potential regions, market segments, and target buyer profiles within the local landscape.
Drive New Business
- Prospect and qualify new opportunities through proactive outreach, inbound leads, and established industry relationships.
- Engage in consultative sales discussions with hotel owners, general managers, and operational leaders.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations that effectively communicate ROI, operational enhancements, and improvements in guest experience.
Manage Deals from Start to Finish
- Maintain a robust pipeline using HubSpot.
- Accurately forecast and manage deal progress to successfully close new business.
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing, deal structure, and overall commercial strategy.
Be the Voice of the Market
- Collect and analyze feedback from prospects and customers to inform product development and market positioning.
- Represent Sadie at regional hospitality events and conferences.
