Your Role
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a solid background in enterprise sales as we supercharge our revenue growth. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the complete sales process of the Primer product suite, engaging with executives such as founders, CEOs, CTOs, CFOs, and VP/Director-level professionals.
Utilizing a consultative approach, you will lead the sales cycle from prospecting through to closure. Your responsibilities will include shaping the sales strategy, managing all facets of the sales process, and collaborating cross-functionally to develop customer strategies while contributing to various revenue initiatives.
The Enterprise team at Primer focuses on both Strategic and Enterprise accounts, working closely with leaders from diverse sectors to deeply understand their unique business needs.
Your Main Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting enterprise-level clients.
Establish a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and forming strategic partnerships.
Create customized sales strategies to engage key decision-makers and showcase the value of Primer’s platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Provide feedback from prospects to refine our Ideal Customer Profile based on unique insights from your customer knowledge.
Participate in team projects aimed at enhancing our sales processes and playbooks while staying updated on industry trends and payment innovations to deliver valuable insights to clients.
Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify customer challenges and present tailored solutions.
