Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Proactively recruit and onboard Resellers, the primary focus of this role.Drive the distribution of Square’s products within the Global Reseller Community.Independently manage all stages of deal execution: target identification, prospect meetings, business case development, deal structuring, negotiations, and partnership launches.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.Take accountability for the success and results of your partnerships.Qualifications:8+ years of experience in developing and scaling distribution partnerships with ISOs, ISVs, and VARs.Proven track record in business development and partnership management.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work autonomously and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
