Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute our European distribution strategy as a vital growth driver.Identify, assess, and select potential distribution partners in close collaboration with local Heads of Sales and the Regional Director.Channel Management:Establish and enforce clear channel principles to foster a complementary, high-growth sales channel.Ensure adherence to indirect sales guidelines and processes across all sales units.Marketing & Enablement:Oversee the availability of marketing concepts and point-of-sale materials for distribution channels.Ensure training concepts and materials are developed for internal teams and partners, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and market positioning.Operational Sales Support:Conduct regular business reviews with partners in collaboration with local sales colleagues.
