ResponsibilitiesEnsure customer satisfaction for both existing clients and prospects.Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and potential opportunities to prioritize actions.Identify and develop new business opportunities.Generate additional revenue streams.Maintain and enhance existing business relationships.Accountable for achieving a minimum of USD 5 Million in revenue annually.Coordinate Proof of Concepts (PoC) and tender processes.Assist the finance team in the collection of accounts receivable.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field; or equivalent experience.A strong background in Cyber Security, particularly in the UAE market.Sales certifications for various vendors are a plus.Thorough understanding of management systems, ISMS, and BCMS.Proficient in MS Office applications.Strong commitment to managing long-term client relationships.Ability to build and maintain relationships at the CXO level.Understanding of customer security requirements and how to align solutions accordingly.Exceptional professional communication and presentation skills.Adaptable work approach aligned with business needs.Active listening skills and a collaborative team player.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.Customer-focused mindset with robust solution-selling capabilities.

Your background should include strong capabilities in presentations, demonstrations, proposal development, and responding to RFPs and tenders. You should also be adept at identifying key decision-makers and stakeholders, engaging in management-level discussions, and negotiating effectively. Familiarity with leading Information Security tools and vendors such as Juniper, F5, Blue Coat, and RSA is highly advantageous.
