This position focuses on bulk sales of food products tailored for production purposes. We seek a candidate with a robust B2B background in raw materials and food ingredients sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and the capability to forge enduring partnerships with production facilities, distributors, and large-scale buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute a B2B wholesale sales strategy targeting Poland and selected international markets.
- Identify and onboard new clients, particularly from food production plants, processors, and wholesale buyers.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with production facilities, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations and create customized offers for bulk orders.
- Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of large-scale deliveries.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
- Facilitate expansion into new customer segments (industrial food production, co-packers, private label) and international markets.
