Salary: R15,000 - R32,000/month depending on experience + commissions (top performers can earn R10,000+ in commissions alone)

Your Responsibilities as a Business Development Representative:
- Proactive Outreach: Engage potential clients and partners through calls, emails, and social media, maintaining high call volumes to drive business development.
- Efficient Scheduling: Organize meetings and manage calendars for sales teams to facilitate a seamless experience for both the team and potential clients.
- CRM Proficiency: Maintain detailed records of all interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities within a CRM system.
- Database Management: Regularly update and review the contact database to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Active Communication: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to comprehend offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Optimize & Succeed: Track appointment success rates and work closely with the team to refine strategies for improved conversions.
