Join our dynamic sales team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) in Dubai. This is a salaried position with a monthly quota and a tiered commission structure. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, your primary objective will be to implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue and identify prospective customers to create new business opportunities.
At Novisto, we provide a cutting-edge SaaS sustainability management platform that empowers organizations to enhance their data collection processes, improve data quality, benchmark performance, and engage meaningfully with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing outbound outreach (via email, phone, and social media) to generate new business opportunities.
- Facilitating and conducting discovery meetings with high-value prospects.
- Setting qualified introductory meetings for the sales team.
- Identifying customer pain points and effectively communicating the value we offer.
- Nurturing early-stage opportunities to build future pipeline potential.
- Achieving and surpassing monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline attribution.
