As a Business Development Representative focusing on Events at Gcore, you will play a crucial role in driving engagement and generating leads through meticulously planned event participation. Your responsibilities will span from pre-event meeting arrangements to post-event follow-ups, ensuring a seamless experience for both our team and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Manage meeting scheduling and logistics for pre-event and onsite engagements, establishing clear objectives for each interaction.
- Lead Management: Take ownership of the follow-up process for event leads, from initial triage and qualification to booking subsequent meetings and ensuring handoffs to Account Executives.
- Campaign Execution: Design and implement outbound campaigns utilizing cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and phone calls, focusing on personalized communication that resonates with potential clients.
- Data Enrichment: Utilize tools like Instantly and Clay to build, enrich, and qualify lead lists, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep Hubspot CRM up-to-date with all activities, lead statuses, and performance metrics, aligning with revenue operations for optimal lead routing and follow-up.
- Compliance: Adhere to GDPR and best practices in all prospecting and follow-up activities.
