We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to represent Databricks to prospective clients in the DACH region. This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional eager to contribute to a transformative enterprise software company while advancing their sales career. Reporting to the BDR manager for DACH, you will be part of a vibrant team of like-minded professionals, where your contributions will make a significant impact on our growing regional presence. This position will be hybrid, allowing you to work from our Munich office three days a week and remotely for two days.
Your Impact:
- Accelerate your growth in value-based selling, big data, and AI.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences to Databricks' potential clients.
- Perform thorough account and prospect research to create engaging outreach campaigns for diverse accounts.
- Maintain regular inbound and outbound communications with prospects through personalized follow-ups, including tailored emails, cold calls, and social selling.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to devise territory strategies, build pipelines, and enhance product adoption.
- Identify client needs and foster conversations into sales opportunities, clearly articulating how Databricks can meet their objectives.
