As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be a pivotal member of the Sales Organization. Working closely with your assigned sales team, your primary responsibility will be to identify, qualify, and foster cloud computing opportunities. Your efforts will help create a robust pipeline for our Field sellers, enabling them to achieve or surpass their objectives. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of how our solutions address customers' digital challenges, inspiring organizations, agencies, and educational institutions with an array of innovative products.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Generating sales demand through video conferencing, phone calls, emails, and social selling to identify, qualify, and nurture sales opportunities.
- Collaborating proactively with sales teams to support their target achievement.
- Engaging with C-level executives, IT directors, and business decision-makers to penetrate strategic accounts with significant revenue potential.
- Learning and executing solution-selling strategies that align with customer business imperatives, particularly in the realm of Digital Transformation.
- Maintaining opportunity hygiene by providing timely and accurate updates on opportunities tracked in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
- Meeting monthly and quarterly performance metrics with a focus on Pipeline Creation and Pipeline Qualification.
