Job Title: Business Development Representative
Location: Field based - Bradford (Bradford, Halifax & West Leeds)
Contract and Working Pattern: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Base Salary: £24,800 with an anticipated pay increase effective April 1, 2026.

We are on the lookout for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to represent our brands in a designated territory. This pivotal field sales role is crucial for expanding our reach within the Symbols & Independents (S&I) retail sector. Collaborating with your territory team to meet shared objectives will be key to our overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Growth Execution
- Proactive Distribution: Drive distribution and availability of AG Barr's core brands while educating retailers on our Hero, Core, and More brands.
- Target Delivery: Consistently meet sales KPIs, including market share growth and display placements, leveraging data to track and showcase performance improvements.
- Energy Focus: Be instrumental in executing our Energy Portfolio distribution plan, tapping into this high-growth sector.
Category Expertise & Partnership
- Build Lasting Relationships: Establish rapport quickly to secure commitments from customers and present our brands confidently.
- Trusted Advisor: Utilize market insights to guide retailers in re-merchandising strategies that boost sales for both the retailer and AG Barr.
- Execution with Excellence: Communicate brand plans meticulously, ensuring impactful representation of our brands at the point of sale through effective Point of Sale (POS) materials.
Field Operations & Collaboration
- Flawless Organisation: Demonstrate excellent time management and route planning, ensuring all POS materials are ready for each visit.
- Team Collaboration: Serve as a vital component of a broader team effort to achieve success.
