Hybrid Position: This role will be based out of our Oxford, NC office 3 days per week.
SUMMARY
The Business Intelligence Analyst (SAP EWM) serves as the key liaison between business functions and the Information Technology department. This role translates business processes and requirements into system functionalities, supporting global functional areas by analyzing needs, documenting requirements, and designing and implementing complex solutions. As a trusted advisor, this position proposes system changes and innovations aimed at enhancing efficiency, increasing customer satisfaction, and driving cost savings.
The Analyst will provide day-to-day support to functional areas and lead various projects. These projects may involve enhancing existing functionalities and implementing new solutions within the SAP environment.
