We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to spearhead our BI team in India, ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of reporting and analytics solutions. In this pivotal role, you will directly supervise a team of BI Engineers and Analysts (7 members) and serve as the operational backbone for our global BI initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Data and AI, you will collaborate closely with global teams to generate insights that significantly impact providers, patients, and clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Business Intelligence roadmap, ensuring alignment with company and client objectives while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Lead and manage a team of BI Engineers and Analysts, establishing clear ownership, service level agreements, and accountability.
- Act as a senior partner to Product, Operations, and Client teams, translating complex requests into structured deliverables.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in data pipelines, reporting workflows, and team execution.
- Create scalable and reusable reporting frameworks and key performance indicator layers across the organization.
- Promote a self-service analytics culture while ensuring data governance and integrity.
- Establish robust processes for data validation, reconciliation, and monitoring.
- Enhance data quality, standardization of metrics, and governance across all reporting.
