We are seeking an experienced Business Manager (Team Leader) to lead and supervise employee activities within our company. The primary responsibility is to ensure operational efficiency in business activities while setting strategic goals for the future. Additionally, this role requires the ability to provide guidance for performance improvement, aligning with the company’s vision and culture. The ultimate goal is to ensure the profitability of our company's activities, promoting sustainable development and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of the marketing/business partner team regarding their achievements and targets.
- Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to meet set targets.
- Oversee business processes in terms of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), both administratively and on-site.
- Manage the quality and quantity of branch/point portfolios.
- Ensure team cohesion and effectively manage internal team conflicts based on company regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational background of a Diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience in leading teams of 5-10 members.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (experience with Grameen Financial Institutions preferred).
- Ability to formulate sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets.
- Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license.
- Willing to be placed throughout Pacitan.
