- Guarantee that the quality and quantity of the portfolio develop in alignment with the goals set by Amartha.
- Ensure that all staff perform at their best by planning capacity development, monitoring work practices, and managing conflicts effectively.
- Oversee recruitment, service, and partner support processes in accordance with SOPs to maintain partner satisfaction.
- Responsible for evaluation, validation, and approval of financing applications as per SOPs, credit ratings, and partner eligibility.
- Ensure optimal repayment levels at the branch.
- Manage and strategize all operational processes in the field (expansion, financing, recruitment, service, and partner support) for the branch you lead.
- Oversee all administrative tasks within the branch office.
- Ensure that operations, policies, and procedures within the branch office function smoothly and comply with regulations.
