Your Role / Responsibilities:
- Evaluate incoming sales orders and collaborate with the Legal, Renewal Sales, Account teams, and customers to ensure compliance with RTI terms before processing.
- Process sales orders adhering to our established procedures and initiate backend workflows across departments within our business systems.
- Handle and respond to incoming internal and external inquiries and requests.
- Conduct audits on reports to maintain data integrity across our systems.
- Oversee and update operational process documentation and resources.
- Gain a foundational understanding of Salesforce to effectively perform job duties.
