Operations Team at Brex
The Operations team is essential to Brex's mission of empowering businesses through our Intelligent Finance Platform. We oversee credit, fraud prevention, money transfers, and payment systems, ensuring safety for both our customers and the company. Our work spans product operations, ensuring seamless launches, and developing scalable systems that promote innovation. If you want to be at the core of our business, Operations is the place for you.
Your Role
As the primary Business Operations partner to the Business Development (BD) team, you will collaborate closely with both external partners and internal teams to drive the success of strategic partnerships. This role is highly collaborative and externally focused, requiring you to bring clarity to complex situations, bridge gaps across departments, and translate partnership opportunities into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
Work Environment
This position is based in our San Francisco office, where we maintain a hybrid work model that combines the vibrancy of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require in-office attendance on two coordinated days per week—Wednesday and Thursday. Starting February 2, 2026, this will increase to three days per week—Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Additionally, we offer up to four weeks of fully remote work annually!
