POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Operations Manager plays a vital role in collaborating with the NABC Operations Leadership Team to synchronize and enhance customer care initiatives through data-driven insights. This position is centered around bolstering data visibility, ensuring process consistency, and enforcing financial accountability to facilitate proactive operational management. Key responsibilities include the planning and tracking of Acceptance plans, overseeing warranty expenditure, guaranteeing precise bid submissions, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to elevate performance while mitigating financial risks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the planning of weekly, quarterly, and annual Acceptance targets.
- Ensure all regions meet weekly Acceptance targets and develop recovery plans as necessary.
- Coordinate with the Operational leadership team to adjust Acceptance plans in response to changes in delivery schedules.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and analysis of Warranty Spend.
- Conduct thorough reporting and analysis of Warranty Provision quarterly and annually, identifying trends and ensuring accountability.
- Guide the Bid process during Sales bidding cycles, including bid and deviation submissions, while maintaining the bid submission plan for Customer Care (CC).
- Ensure compliance with Bid target dates and develop recovery plans as required.
- Provide feedback to Manufacturing regarding Quality Improvement opportunities to address recurring issues.
- Lead Acceptance status calls and ensure follow-up on issues impeding acceptance and operational performance.
- Monitor and analyze CC Key performance metrics, issue resolution timelines, and KPI adherence, including Bid Accuracy.
- Provide leadership within the operations department and direct strategic projects as needed.
- Facilitate and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
- Organize and manage various performance data, offering analysis and feedback to senior management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
This role requires 20% travel.
