Qualifications
ResponsibilitiesOperational Analysis: Enhance processes, tools, and team workflows. Evaluate the current state, identify gaps, and monitor execution.Project Execution: Manage workstreams within cross-functional initiatives. Oversee timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure clear deliverables.Reporting and Systems: Assist in developing dashboards, internal reporting, and operational rhythms (e.g., MBRs, weekly reviews, leadership updates).SOPs and Documentation: Create, update, and maintain SOPs for key operational workflows. Collaborate with Ops, Product, and Deployments for accurate and usable documentation.Operational Tracking: Maintain trackers for significant initiatives, action items, and risks, ensuring follow-ups and accountability.Decision Support: Analyze operational and financial data, create models, and provide recommendations to aid in hiring, capacity planning, and market execution.Must-Have Experience1-3 years in operations, consulting, or related fields.
