Qualifications
Willingness to engage in voice tasks.Fluency in Business English: Demonstrate confidence and professionalism in both written and verbal communication.Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Quality Assurance, Process Development, Project Management, or a related field.Prior experience in a BPO, Call Center, or Contact Center environment is advantageous.Background in the Real Estate sector is preferred.Tech-savvy: Proficient in process mapping tools like Lucidchart or Miro, as well as CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies is a significant plus.
