As a Business Readiness Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our business units are thoroughly prepared to embrace and implement changes introduced through various projects and programs. Your responsibilities will encompass stakeholder engagement, conducting change impact assessments, coordinating communication and training, and performing readiness assessments. This critical role aims to facilitate a seamless transition to future operational states, thereby minimizing disruptions and maximizing user adoption and value realization. Please note that this position requires travel to other AVK locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement business readiness plans that align with project milestones and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Service Director to identify essential business capabilities necessary for successful change adoption.
- Engage with business leaders and the broader service management team to evaluate and manage potential impacts.
- Act as a liaison between Business Operations and the Service Management team.
- Analyze the scope of change and assess its impacts on personnel, processes, and systems.
- Identify gaps in readiness and partner with relevant teams to address them effectively.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Oversee training initiatives to ensure all end-users are prepared to adapt to new operational methods.
- Conduct readiness reviews to gauge the organization's capability to transition to new processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Foster collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
- Monitor progress and escalate any risks or issues that may hinder successful implementation.
- Support the business during the initial stages of adoption by resolving issues and stabilizing operations.
- Gather feedback and document lessons learned to promote continuous improvement.
- Report on readiness status, potential risks, and mitigation strategies to leadership and steering committees.
- Ensure compliance with project governance and organizational change standards.
