The Role
As Addepar experiences ongoing growth and transformation, we are enhancing our Business Recruiting capabilities to cater to a broader array of functions within the organization. We are on the lookout for a Recruiter who can navigate with agility and strategic insight as talent needs evolve across various sectors including Go-To-Market (GTM), General & Administrative (G&A), and select operational and technical teams.
In this dynamic role, you will facilitate a diverse range of full-cycle searches and collaborative recruiting initiatives across critical functions such as Sales, Account Management, Client Success, Finance, and Operations. Depending on the situation, you may take ownership of a search from start to finish, partner with another recruiter, or provide focused sourcing and top-of-funnel support for high-volume or essential hiring requirements. This flexible approach enables us to align with the business's needs while ensuring a superior candidate experience and exceptional outcomes.

Addepar adopts a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary for successful candidates will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The displayed range for this role is $90,000 - $140,000 (base salary) plus benefits.
