The Importance of This Role
We are seeking a Business Recruiter who will be pivotal in scaling our next generation of talent across sales, customer success, and operations. This role is crucial for our growth strategy, as you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top talent who excel in fast-paced, innovative environments.
You will lead high-volume recruitment efforts across essential go-to-market and business functions, collaborate closely with leadership on hiring strategies, and play a significant role in shaping the culture of RepRally as we transition from early-stage success to industry leadership.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle recruitment for sales, customer success, and operations — from sourcing and outreach to extending offers and closing candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers and founders to thoroughly understand the requirements of each role, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all applicants.
Create innovative sourcing strategies utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, referrals, and community outreach.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as funnel performance, hiring velocity, and candidate quality to enhance processes.
Act as a brand ambassador for RepRally in a competitive talent market — you'll be one of the first points of contact for candidates.
Contribute to overall improvements in the hiring process, tools, and operational excellence.
Qualifications We Seek
4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably starting in an agency setting before transitioning to an in-house role.
Minimum of 1+ year experience in a high-growth startup environment.
Proven track record in managing high-volume business recruitment across sales, customer success, and operations.
