The Growth team is responsible for promoting the Fever business strategy across all markets and ensuring that our partners and experiences perform optimally, aiding their expansion within Fever.
Our decisions are grounded in data from the strategic level down, allowing us to fully comprehend the Fever business model and how to engage with every team in the company to drive growth in the desired direction.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are on the lookout for a Business Solutions Program Manager with a structured mindset who strives for efficiency in all areas and always finds solutions! The W&A team plays a crucial role in enabling Fever to scale swiftly and penetrate new markets. As a Business Solutions Program Manager within the W&A team, you will:
- Lead strategic initiatives that influence team operations to guarantee peak performance across departments, overseeing projects from inception to execution and change management.
- Be a key contributor to the definition, implementation, and success tracking of our AI strategy.
- Oversee the full development lifecycle of in-house tools, systems, and processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Conduct extensive audits to refine team requirements, significantly boosting overall efficiency.
