THE ROLE
Become a vital member of our Monetization Strategy and Operations team, where you will shape the future of Pure's subscription platform and enhance our Order to Revenue processes. Your leadership will drive transformation initiatives, leveraging your expertise in enterprise subscription management to boost operational efficiency and scalability. This role is essential within the CFO organization, promoting measurable impact through collaboration with Product Business Units, Finance, Sales, and IT.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define and Execute the Transformation Roadmap: Take charge of the comprehensive process roadmap and execution for key business process automation related to Pure's subscription functions (e.g., Order to Revenue), ensuring timely delivery and measurable global business impact.
- Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: Foster executive-level buy-in and commitment across Product Management, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and IT for essential workstream initiatives and strategic process changes.
- Deliver Large-Scale Process Change: Plan and oversee the implementation of significant business process transformations, providing strategic direction for major system implementations and modifications, particularly concerning CPQ, Billing, and ERP integrations.
- Solve Complex Business Problems: Manage the analysis of intricate, interconnected business challenges across enterprise applications (CPQ, Subscription Management, Entitlement Management, ERP) to devise and resource comprehensive, scalable solutions alongside IT Architects and senior Product Management.
- Influence Strategic Decisions: Present strategic analyses, compelling business cases, and performance reviews of workstreams to senior and executive leadership to secure necessary resources and influence the company's operational strategy.
- As we primarily operate in an in-office setting, you will be expected to work from our Santa Clara office in accordance with Pure's policies, except during approved PTO, work travel, or other leave.
