Required:Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience, or a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience in systems development, implementation, operations, or enhancements.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Teams and IT systems.Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to deliver results and facilitate meetings effectively across both business and technical teams.Strong attention to detail while maintaining a focus on overarching objectives.Outstanding teamwork abilities and a strong stakeholder focus.Proven track record in planning and organizational skills.

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for Academic Partnerships is a multifaceted position that merges the management of technological systems with the operations of student programs. In this dynamic role, the BSA is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing business applications, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency, and implementing modifications that drive productivity. On the programmatic side, the BSA spearheads the identification and onboarding of students, orchestrates engagement initiatives, oversees program logistics and communications, and compiles data to showcase the impact of the Information Research and Academic Partnerships (IRAP) program.
This role serves as both a project manager and a student coach, requiring a blend of technical expertise, organizational abilities, and stakeholder collaboration, alongside a genuine passion for engaging with diverse student populations.
