Qualifications
Key Responsibilities: Lead client projects of varying scales, from planning to execution. Identify, evaluate, and document the business requirements of clients. Establish clear scopes of work and convert them into comprehensive technical documentation. Work in partnership with Solutions Architects and Developers to design and validate effective solutions. Review completed deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations. Present solutions to stakeholders and assist in training plans for new clients. Collaborate with Project Managers on project timelines, scope, and updates. Coordinate with Data Migration Analysts for successful data transitions. Engage in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning and Retrospectives. Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of business analysis standards. Occasional travel across North America, Australia, and the UK may be required. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar client-facing technical role. Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in: Professional Services delivery, emphasizing client engagement and solution implementation. Project Management, showcasing a strong understanding of timelines, scope definition, and cross-functional coordination. Systems Analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
