As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) specializing in IBM Maximo, you will serve as the primary functional reference for the IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9.0). Your role will bridge the gap between business needs related to asset management and maintenance and technological solutions, leveraging Maximo's native capabilities and EAM best practices. You will actively contribute to the evolution, optimization, and governance of Maximo MAS in collaboration with business teams, IT teams, and external partners.
Your Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements concerning asset management, maintenance, procurement, and operations.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications aligned with corporate objectives.
- Advise stakeholders on EAM best practices and optimal utilization of Maximo’s native functionalities to minimize customizations.
- Analyze existing processes, design enhancements, and recommend optimizations based on data and operational efficiency.
- Assess functional impacts related to solution evolutions and proposed changes.
- Create, maintain, and structure key documentation, including processes, requirements, use cases, and test scenarios.
- Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams in the design, evolution, maintenance, and lifecycle of the IBM Maximo MAS solution.
- Facilitate communication, lead workshops, and support change management initiatives, including training and knowledge transfer to users.
- Support data management and consistency, resolve complex issues (level 3), and act as a contact point with suppliers (level 4).
