Call Center Agent - Banking Sector
This role includes:
- Managing outgoing calls to an established client base of a top banking institution
- Providing accurate information and support regarding banking services
- Guiding customers through the activation of Internet Banking and the opening of salary accounts
- Informing about the possibility of immediate consumer loan approval (no sales involved)
- Conducting satisfaction surveys focusing on quality service and building trust with customers
- Five-day, eight-hour work schedule with fixed hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00
- Opportunity to work 1-2 afternoon shifts/month (12:00-20:00)
- Paid training in our central offices
