- Deliver product education and self-administration training according to manufacturer guidelines and scripts.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients.
- Guide patients through injection training and education, setting appropriate treatment expectations.
- Provide training to healthcare providers as designated by the program.
- Document all calls and program-related activities in the database accurately.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
