We are seeking a skilled Call Centre Agent to enhance our dubizzle pro motors team in Dubai. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls while closely collaborating with our field sales team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries from various channels.
- Adhering to customer service level agreements (SLAs) to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, aiming to meet conversion targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinating calendar appointments for the field sales team.
- Addressing customer complaints and escalating issues to relevant stakeholders with precise reporting.
- Responding to customer inquiries and emails efficiently.
