Your ResponsibilitiesOperational management and optimization of onsite advertising campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Product Ads or custom branding formats).Monitoring and continuous improvement of relevant KPIs.Campaign setup, quality assurance, and reporting in collaboration with respective advertisers (brands, agencies, and retailers).Close collaboration with Sales on campaign planning, execution, and performance feedback.Analysis of performance data and derivation of concrete optimization measures.Support in managing and developing our pricing logic and inventory management in close coordination with your supervisor, the Expert Lead Retail Media.Further development of processes, standards, and reporting structures in the onsite area.

As a Campaign Manager, you will take charge of the operational management and optimization of Retail Media campaigns for our advertisers. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our advertising campaigns are successfully executed, data-driven optimizations are implemented, and continuous advancements are made, all aimed at achieving both commercial success and a positive user experience.
In this role within the Retail Media Onsite Team, you will work closely with external partners—including brands, shops, and agencies—as well as cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Tech, and Data teams. You will play a vital role in the strategic development and successful scaling of our Sponsored Ads portfolio.
Your ability to translate strategic direction into operational excellence will assist in building a robust Retail Media setup.
