This role encompasses tactical recommendations, management, development, quality assurance, and reporting, collaborating with specialists as needed (e.g., Creative). Role/Responsibilities:
- Gather campaign requirements, timelines, and finalize briefings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive email development.
- Oversee the creative process as needed.
- Analyze HTML assets and make revisions as necessary.
- Configure campaigns effectively.
- Create, manage, and troubleshoot audience data (data integrity is handled by BSA).
- Conduct quality assurance and testing for campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and generate reports.
- Manage communication regarding campaign timelines, scope, and costs.
- Maintain comprehensive campaign documentation.
- Provide client and internal training on campaign processes, platform tools, and custom applications.
- Monitor campaigns and triggers, addressing issues as they arise.
- Provide daily support for specific platforms and custom applications for self-deployment clients.
- Participate actively in internal and external meetings to stay updated on upcoming projects or campaigns.
