About This Role
As a Campus Recruitment Coordinator at our New York office, you will play a crucial role in our Talent Acquisition team, primarily focusing on the recruitment of early talent from universities for both internship and full-time positions, including our Client Service Associate role. Our most successful team members embody a 'whatever-it-takes' attitude and are eager to contribute to our hiring objectives.
This position offers you the chance to significantly impact our company's growth while learning to identify and select future talent. You will gain exposure to various aspects of the recruitment process, including:
- Coordination & Operations: Gain expertise in the essential functions that drive our high-volume recruitment efforts, such as scheduling interviews, managing job postings, processing reimbursements, and dispatching offer letters. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to support every facet of the recruitment journey.
- Candidate Experience: Serve as a brand ambassador for AlphaSights, being the initial point of contact for thousands of candidates. You will help them navigate the interview process and understand why AlphaSights is an exceptional place to work.
- Candidate Evaluation: Contribute to discovering the next generation of AlphaSights talent by screening resumes, evaluating application materials, and, over time, conducting interviews.
