About the Role
As a Candidate Experience Coordinator at Databricks, you will play a vital role in our recruitment operations, managing interview schedules and guiding candidates through the hiring process. As one of the initial contacts for candidates, you will collaborate with Recruiters, Sourcers, and hiring teams to ensure a remarkable interview experience.
Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships and trust with the Talent Acquisition team, cross-functional partners, and hiring managers.
- Efficiently coordinate a high volume of virtual and in-person interviews while adeptly managing complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely, professional, and friendly communication to support them throughout their journey.
- Organize candidate travel arrangements and manage expenses for in-person interviews.
- Execute post-interview processes such as scheduling debrief meetings, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer letters.
- Identify and contribute to data-driven enhancements and ad hoc projects aimed at improving recruitment processes and candidate experience initiatives.
