Role Overview:
As a Canvass Manager, you will:
Lead a dynamic team of door-to-door marketers focused on generating leads and enhancing local brand awareness.
Recruit, train, coach, and inspire your team to achieve their best.
Participate in weekly management meetings to strategize and align goals.
Provide insightful reporting and ROI metrics to ensure business objectives are met or exceeded.
Serve as the public face of Mad City, excelling in face-to-face communication.
Essential Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License is a must.
Experience in face-to-face marketing or lead generation (canvassing or promotions) is a plus.
Proven leadership experience is essential.
Track record of building and recruiting high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
