The Captain Performance & Engagement Manager plays a pivotal hybrid role that combines strategic insight with technical expertise, focusing on the vitality, effectiveness, and expansion of our marketplace supply. You will transition our logistics framework from manual oversight to data-centric excellence. Utilizing AI methodologies alongside profound business knowledge, you will strategize supply capacity, enhance captain performance, and rectify marketplace imbalances through innovative engagement tactics.
