As a Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our patients' experiences by ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. You will manage the appointment flow, responding to all phone calls and emails within a maximum of 24 hours—ideally within 2 hours.
Your responsibilities will include guiding patients through our out-of-network experience and delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our 5-star standard.
