Your Role
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive individual to fill the role of Care Experience Manager, directly reporting to the General Manager of Indiana. This is a Full-Time Hybrid position based in Indianapolis, IN. Unlike traditional support roles, this leadership position integrates operational management, team development, and cross-departmental collaboration with a strong emphasis on enhancing the family caregiving journey.
In this position, you will lead and expand a dedicated team of Care Operations Associates, Family Associates, and Care Coordinators, ensuring that every interaction is characterized by excellence, empathy, and a meaningful impact. Your responsibilities will encompass achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth targets, designing systems, optimizing processes, and driving measurable results that empower families as they navigate the complexities of healthcare.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in consulting, operations, startups, strategic initiatives, or related fields.
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a relevant discipline.
Proficient in CRM systems, support platforms, and data analysis tools.
Experience managing remote or offshore teams is preferred.
A background in healthcare is preferred.
