The Role:
In your role as Care Pathway Lead for Neurology, you will spearhead the implementation and success of one or more care pathways from pilot phase through early access. Your entrepreneurial spirit and in-depth understanding of clinical workflows will empower you to identify challenges, propose technology-driven solutions within the Viz application, engage clinical stakeholders, and drive change management initiatives that foster technology adoption. Your impact will be measured by the enhancement of patient outcomes delivered to our customers and users.
Your Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Senior Director of Clinical Operations.
Lead the Care Pathway Program for Neurology, ensuring exceptional results that satisfy our life science clients and deliver substantial value to healthcare providers.
You hold ultimate accountability for the care pathway's success and are responsible for advocating for resources and aligning necessary activities.
You will escalate issues as necessary and provide comprehensive reporting to the sponsoring executive at Viz.ai.
Act as the coordinator across Care Pathway workstreams, promoting structure, cadence, and accountability.
Design operational strategies and lead a cross-functional team to drive collaboration across the Care Pathway Program.
Serve as the voice of healthcare providers and clinical teams, developing care pathways that address existing gaps in care.
Foster strong relationships with life sciences companies and hospital clients, as well as with internal cross-functional teams and clinical stakeholders.
