As a Care Strategy Consultant II, you will leverage your advanced expertise in MCG's offerings to facilitate complex customer engagements and promote optimal utilization of our solutions. This role involves proactive collaboration with stakeholders to identify challenges, evaluate workflows, and propose strategies that enhance the effective use of MCG's solutions. In addition to customer support, you will focus on mentoring team members and representing our team at strategic initiatives and industry events.
