- Establish and nurture a professional one-on-one relationship with clients to help them overcome barriers to securing and maintaining employment, which includes comprehensive assessments, personalized support, and coordination of services.
- Deliver ongoing, detailed case management and follow-up to ensure client success.
- Facilitate new client orientations, ensuring compliance with contractual goals and effective communication with educational institutions, account managers, and management teams for necessary documentation.
- Maintain a well-organized database of client information, ensuring meticulous records of all interactions and that participants adhere to their planned activities as per the funding agency's requirements.
- Conduct personalized work assessments and refer clients to suitable community or social service agencies as needed.
- Accurately complete all enrollment documentation and maintain thorough case notes for each participant, ensuring post-placement follow-ups are conducted as specified.
- Develop strategies to address participant attendance issues effectively.
- Assist with project reporting, including metrics on participation and placement outcomes.
- Oversee program management, which includes coordinating introductory workshops, facilitating weekly training sessions, distributing grants according to budgetary guidelines, and gathering placement data.
- Collaborate with the business services team to identify job openings, required qualifications, and the training resources necessary to equip job seekers for success.
- Establish and uphold a comprehensive communication strategy to inform staff about center-wide developments and their roles in achieving operational objectives.
- Engage in training, capacity building, and professional development activities; work alongside leadership to identify operational challenges and implement process enhancements.
- Offer operational support and coverage as necessary.
- Assist with the intake services at the Center.
- Provide operational support to uphold compliance standards.
- Additional duties may be assigned that are reasonably related to the role.
