Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to enhance our Operations team.
In this role, you will become part of a dynamic team of technical experts committed to addressing supply chain challenges related to customized components.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for:
Taking proactive measures to enhance on-time delivery, product quality, and overall customer satisfaction.
Monitoring and managing the progress of various customer orders and partner projects.
Delivering top-notch service to customers and partners by fostering relationships, establishing partnerships, and providing timely updates on order status.
Utilizing technical expertise or collaborating with subject matter experts on manufacturing design and production to ensure timely project completion.
Evaluating supplier capabilities and conducting oversight through assessments via phone calls, scheduling, quality reviews, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Analyzing the consequences of rejected manufactured parts and effectively communicating with both suppliers and customers to resolve issues.
Handling customer complaints that lead to product replacements.
